Prepress, Layout, Formatting & Technical Design Services

* Complete preparation and design of book and cover with the exception of illustrations or 'original artwork creation'.

* Technical Design Services are offered to customers who may require the service for the preparation of suitable print-ready files. Customer may also supply files properly formatted to specification.

Scanning Service

* This service is for books for which no computer file currently exists. Note that this service will require substantial final editing by customer and customer will require access to a suitable computer and word processing software such Microsoft Word or OpenOffice.

Scanning of type written paper manuscript and creation of an text file for editing by customer	Price

InstaBook Full-Bleed Cover * applicable to all Book Production Services	$1.50 per cover per copy
Upgraded Covers (printed on thicker, glossy coverstock and pre-creased or 'scored' prior to binding) * applicable to all Book Production Services	$25.00 processing fee per order plus $2.00 per cover per copy.

Shipping & Distribution Services

Shipping:

One Copy, Original Proof, or Re-Proof -- usually beween- $7.00-$15.00.
10 Copies -- $10.00 - $45.00, dependent on shipping location and book size.
More than 10 copies - To Be Determined - after shipment size/weight is calculated and only after books are produced and packaged.
All shipping charges include the actual shipping cost, plus administration, packaging, handling and other costs associated with shipping customer's books.
